Rotary cam index table is a mechanism that realizes intermittent indexing by meshing cam with cam roller gear, which has the following characteristics.
No cumulative error
Due to the indexing achieved by mechanical meshing, indexing errors occur only when the structure is worn. In contrast, the hollow rotary table will have accumulated errors under long-term operation due to the PLC controller controlling the index.
High indexing accuracy
The standard accuracy of the Rotary cam index table is 30 arc sec, which can meet the practical needs of most industries. However, for the high-speed tobacco packaging machine HLP 225, a higher precision (accuracy: 15 arc sec) is required.
Long service life

Production Process
Our factory has a strict process in the production of rotary cam index table.
Customer working condition acquisition
Communicate with customers to obtain their actual application conditions, including the number of stations, rotational dwell time, load and indexing disc diameter, etc.
Engineer evaluation and design
Engineers evaluate the customer's working conditions, select the appropriate model for the customer, and if the customer's working conditions are special, it is also necessary to modify and design the product drawings.
Parts processing and production
We produce all parts according to the revised drawings, such as the processing of cams and cam rollers, and the casting and processing of the cam gearbox. The processing accuracy tolerance of the product is within 0.005mm.
Product assembly and testing
After all the parts of the rotary cam index table are processed, the technicians assemble them. After the assembly is completed, drilling and tapping are carried out and run tests on the test bench to ensure that the product operation accuracy and noise level meet customer requirements.
Packaging & shipping
After the test is completed, it is time to enter the packaging stage, we will treat the customer's product with rust prevention, and then place the product in a wooden box and fix it to ensure that the product will not be damaged during transportation. And deliver the products to the customer according to the delivery method agreed with the customer.
