About Flange Output Rotary Indexers For Dial System
The Sango precision cam divider is specifically designed for high-frequency, multi-station disc indexing systems.
Through the flange output design, it achieves low backlash precise positioning and excellent cycle repeatability accuracy. It can also ensure the stable operation of the equipment in harsh environments by relying on the precision grinding and quenching process.
Sango is committed to providing a robust power core for your automated turntable system through longer maintenance cycles and continuous operation capabilities.
Precision Built to Industrial Standard
Every flange output rotary indexer in our DF series is machined from alloy steel, ground-hardened on all cam and follower surfaces, and assembled under quality control. The flange output shaft can integrate directly with your dial table, which eliminating other connecting parts and reducing runout to under 0.005 mm.

Why Choose Sango's Flange Output for Your Dial System
Precision roller follower component
Each cam follower is equipped with a sealed needle roller bearing, which effectively prevents impurities from entering and reduces friction. The cam surface is processed by quenching steel and fine grinding, and thanks to its excellent wear resistance, it can achieve an extremely long maintenance period in standard factory conditions, significantly reducing operating costs.
Modified Sine Cam Curve
Our rotary indexers for dial systems use a modified sine cam profile as standard. Compared with a simple harmonic curve, this curve can reduce the peak acceleration by up to 23%, thereby alleviating the impact on the driven pinion and extending the overall service life to 20,000 hours under rated load.
Direct Flange Integration
The flange output interface eliminates coupling stacks between the indexer and dial table. Torque is transmitted through a precision-ground face flange, reducing total backlash below 30 arcsec and extending bearing life under eccentric loads typical of dial system tooling.
Shell and bearing system
This component is equipped with a high-strength gray cast iron housing, which boasts excellent structural rigidity and is capable of withstanding the rated axial load. Additionally, the output flange integrates a set of roller bearings, which can effectively absorb and buffer the radial and axial forces generated by the rotating platform load, ensuring the stable operation of the system under high-load conditions.
