Professional Knowledge
The processing technology of planetary gear boxes is mature and professional, and every step is strictly controlled to ensure product quality.
First of all, we select high-quality alloy steel raw materials, and conduct strict inspection on the raw materials to eliminate unqualified materials.
Then, the gears are processed by carburizing and quenching process, which can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of the gears, making the gear surface hardness reach HRC5862, and enhancing the service life of the gears.
After that, we carry out precision gear grinding treatment, using advanced gear grinding machines to process the gears, ensuring the accuracy of the gear tooth profile and pitch, reducing the backlash between the gears, and improving the transmission stability and efficiency.
In addition, after the assembly of the whole machine, we will conduct dynamic balance testing and load testing to check the operation status of the product, and only the products that pass all the tests can leave the factory.
