About Copper Parts And Components
Sango Automation is a professional provider of precision CNC machining services, capable of providing precision machining of brass, copper, and other copper alloy materials.
Sango Automation has provided processing services for large quantities of brass fasteners for equipment manufacturers such as electrical equipment, food and medical equipment, and achieved a processing accuracy error of 0.005mm for the whole batch of products.
Features of Copper Parts
Integral molding
We produce copper parts by directly processing the entire raw material into the desired shape, which allows for the overall forming and concentricity and flatness of the product. Avoid the use of welding in fine areas to lead to poor product integrity.
High precision and good quality
We use a variety of high-precision processing equipment for production, and at the same time use ZEISS CMM instruments and flaw detectors and other equipment for quality inspection to ensure that the processing accuracy of each brass machined part 0.01mm, and at the same time ensure that the quality of the products sent can meet the requirements of customers.
Customization is supported
We can customize various complex shapes of brass workpieces and brass fasteners for you according to the drawings you provide, and can also support mass production.
Processing of Copper Components
There are five steps in the process of customizing copper parts for our customers.
1. Determination of drawings
According to the drawings provided by the customer or according to the customer's needs we design the corresponding drawings, and select the appropriate copper material grade, usually used materials are easy to cut brass C36000, but also according to the customer's specific needs to choose the right material.
2.CAD drawings into machine tools can be recognized G code
After determining the drawings, we need our CAM engineers to divide the machining process and plan the tool path. Use the simulation function of CAM to test it successfully and then convert it into G-code.
3. Assemble and calibrate the tool
After the program is imported, we need to assemble the corresponding machining tools, and clamping workpiece blanks, the use of probes to accurately set the origin of the workpiece coordinate system, and tool calibration, to ensure that the tool can be correctly treated for machining parts to be processed. For the first machining of the workpiece, we will carry out a test cut, which is conducive to our adjustment of the machining process.
4. Execution of machining
After the test cuts have been made and adjustments have been made, mass production can be carried out. We need to ensure that the workpiece is firmly clamped in the machining position, and then start machining, in the process of machining at the same time need to pay attention to chip removal, and regularly check the tool wear.
5. Remove the workpiece and test
After machining is completed, the workpiece is taken out for subsequent quality inspection and protective packaging to ensure that the product delivered to the customer is strictly in line with the customer's requirements.
