About Custom Aluminum Part
Features
Customization Flexibility
We provide customized solutions for the entire process chain, covering milling, 4-axis/5-axis multi-directional machining, die-casting and other processes, and achieve a seamless transition from prototype verification to mass production for complex geometries such as topology-optimized structures, deep-cavity thin-walled parts, and special-shaped surfaces.
Advantages Of Aluminum
The lightweight characteristics of aluminum alloy (density 2.7g/cm) reduce the weight by 60% compared to steel, accelerate thermal management with a thermal conductivity of 200W/(mK), and extend the life of components by more than 3 times due to the corrosion resistance of the primary oxide layer.
Precision Machining
Through the collaborative control of CNC precision machining and post-casting finishing process, we can achieve a critical dimensional tolerance strictly controlled at 0.03mm, which is especially suitable for micro-precision fields such as medical device guide components and optical instrument holders.
Closed-loop Service For The Whole Process
We can provide one-stop support services from design, material selection, production, quality inspection to delivery, and the warranty period of turning parts is 3 months, ensuring zero defect delivery and eliminating after-sales risks.
Selection of Aluminum Grades
When customizing aluminum parts, there are often a variety of aluminum grades to choose from, and there are four types of aluminum materials that we mainly provide to our customers, namely Aluminum 6061, 7075, 5052 and 2A12. In addition, other grades of aluminum can also be purchased for you if you need it. Below I will briefly introduce the characteristics and related parameters of these materials.
1. Aluminum 6061
Aluminum 6061 is the most versatile and commonly used aluminum alloy. It has a good strength-to-weight ratio, excellent machinability (very easy to cut), good weldability and natural corrosion resistance. It offers the best balance of strength, machinability, corrosion resistance and cost.
