About Elevator Sprocket
Core characteristics
1. Pure customized production, zero inventory mode
We do not provide standard stock, each piece of sprocket is designed and cast according to your chain pitch, hole size, load demand, eliminating the risk of specification mismatch. At the same time, we will provide you with accurate delivery time according to the difficulty of processing, and can also support expedited production.
2. Full-process independent production
Our factory is divided into casting workshop and finishing workshop. From casting (ZG270-500/ZG310-570 cast steel) heat treatment (quenching + tempering + carburizing) 5-axis CNC tooth shape finishing milling dynamic balance correction (G6.3 grade), the whole process is completed in the factory, and the quality can be traced. Meanwhile, we will go through strict quality inspection before the products are sent out, such as checking with CMM (tooth pitch error 0.08mm), hardness test and so on.
3. High-performance materials and processes
We have carburized the tooth surface of the elevator sprocket, the depth of carburized layer is 0.8-1.2mm, the wear-resistant life is more than 2 times higher than the ordinary sprocket, and we also have other surface treatment process to choose, such as optional hard chrome plating (thickness 15-20m) or QPQ nitriding to adapt to high temperature and high humidity working conditions.
