Processing and Equipment
When we produce industrial oil pump gears, we have two commonly used processes, one is the casting process, after the mold is formed we perform CNC finishing to achieve precision gear production.The other is the use of gear processing equipment for grinding and other operations on the substrate.We often use gear processing equipment such as Japan Kashifuji Gear Skiving Machine KPS30, Ningjiang CNC Horizontal Gear Hobbing Machine YK3610.
For these two gear machining methods, we can guarantee the precision tolerance of 0.005 mm, to meet the high precision requirements of gears in the customer's working environment.
