The Implementation Method Of Five-Axis CNC Core Technology

Table-Table

In this method, the workpiece is mounted on a dual rotating table, and the spatial attitude of the workpiece is adjusted through the rotating table, and the tool makes a linear motion in the XYZ axis to complete the processing of the workpiece. Under light load conditions, the double rotary table can achieve repeatable positioning accuracy of 0.003mm.

Table-Head

The working mode of rotary table + swing head is the most common, this mode of table rotates around the Z axis (C axis), the spindle swings around the Y axis (B axis, stroke 110), the B axis is driven by a direct drive torque motor to eliminate the reverse backlash, but the spindle overhang swing will reduce the dynamic rigidity.

Head-Head

In the dual swing head mode, the table is fixed and the spindle adopts a telescopic electric spindle and integrates a double swing angle mechanism to achieve space orientation, with a hydraulic counterweight balance system to offset gravity torque.
